"Can't Help Falling in Love"

Hey Everyone! I'm in the process of finishing it sometime soon. Perhaps sometime this summer or at least before '06. It's a work in progress as of now, but I hope to finish it and maybe send it to a contest or something, who knows. I'd like to know what you think, so leave comments.  I know it's been awhile since I've updated it, and for that I am sorry.  I do plan to, continue it though.  And now without further adue, my piece so far.

                                   --------------------------------------------------------------

"Meg! Wake up! You're gonna be late for school" she heard as she reluctantly opened her bright green eyes to see her "darling" mother standing over her screaming in her ear.

She wiggled slightly, then carefully got out of bed. It was always hard for her to manage to get to school on time. Finally she was out of her nice, comfy bed, and time to go to the hell she knew as school. "Some jeans and a T-shirt would do it", she thought, she would never spend more than 10 minutes getting ready. After throwing on some clothes, she tossed her shoulder-length light brown hair into a ponytail as she did every morning. As she did so, she quickly looked in the mirror. She wasn't ugly, but not extremely beautiful, at least, not in her opinion. No need for makeup, and not enough time for breakfast. She'd have to run for the bus anyways.

Within 20 minutes she was walking through the halls of her High School. "These are supposed to be the greatest years of our life?!" she thought to herself as the sweet but nauseating smell of over-cologne guys filled her nostrils. It was enough to make any normal human being gag. Even though it was December already and she was used to it, it was still enough to make her barf.

"Buzz" she heard as she was still busy shoving her books into her small, isolated locker, conveniently located next to a current couple swapping spit. "Time to go to English" she thought, with a slight sarcasm.
Quickly without running, she downed the stairs but, despite her efforts, she failed. Not only was she going to be late, but she managed to drop her books, not to mention her papers went flying.
"Ugh" Meg grunted as she tried to pick up some of her stuff. As she was doing so, she noticed another hand helping her. She looked up to find the familiar face of David Slyman, a classmate of hers. She didn't know much about him other than the fact that he was your average student at North Ridge High. As she looked up at him, she noticed how deep brown his eyes were and smelled the subtlety of his cologne, it gave him an air of maturity. Both factors combined were enough to make any girl melt. But, she wasn't any girl.
Meg smiled slightly, nothing big, just a thank you. To Meg's surprise, he smiled back. Nothing too much, just a welcome.
"Thanks" Meg said softly, as she tried to get away quickly so she wouldn't be extraordinarily late for her normal self.
"No problem" Meg heard him say just before she walked on to English.
She couldn't help but think about her klutzy moment the rest of the day. Sure she went to her classes, but she didn't remember them at the end of the day.

As Meg tried to fall asleep that night, she couldn't rid her mind of the image of David. He wasn't extraordinarily "hot" as her friends would say, but there was something about him. She couldn't quite put her finger on it, especially when she tried to. She shrugged it off and fell asleep.

The next morning, Meg was again awaken by her "darling" mother, who she did love dearly, just not at 7 in the morning screaming in her ear. She threw on yet another pair of jeans and her favorite black hoodie, good to go.

She arrived to school late, as always, but David was no where to be seen. She subconsciously expected to see him there, waiting for her or something. "Why would he wait for me?" she contemplated as she shrugged off her stupid idea and dragged herself to English.
Exactly 42 minutes later, she walked out, once again downing the steps of her High School, making her way to science. She didn't particularly hate this class, she sort of enjoyed it, despite the fact that she thought school was an utter waste of time.

Meg did what was asked of her in science, and then precisely another 42 minutes later, the bell rang again. By this time, she didn't expect to see David at all. But, as she often was, she was wrong. Because on her way to math that day, there he was, walking to one of his classes. Although her instincts told her to continue on her way to class, she of course, didn't listen. Meg sped up slightly, in order to reach him, to catch him before he was gone.

"Hi, Thanks for the other day" she said in some weird high pitched girly voice that was quite unlike her usual self. "Why am I acting this way?" she questioned silently as she continued to walk beside him in the crowded halls.
"Hey, No problem" David responded in his typical deep voice, it was no surprise that he was an amazing singer, or at least, that's what she had been told. She'd never been to one of the school concerts, it was yet another thing she wouldn't normally attend.
"Well, I'll see you later" she replied, in the same high-pitched girly voice that caused her severe ear-drum pain, although it came from herself.
"Later" was all David said before he walked away. Somehow David had her under some sort of trance, and she couldn't explain why. He was an average guy, just as she was an average girl, why did she feel this way? And was he doing this on purpose? What made him so appealing to her? All these thoughts ran through her head on her walk to social studies.
"He's just a guy" she thought to herself, as she succeeded temporarily keeping him out of her mind. This was something she should try to talk to her friends about, or maybe she shouldn't. They'd probably want her to make herself look all pretty with make-up and stuff for him or something so out of the ordinary for her, that'd she'd just end up yelling at them anyways. Once again she shrugged off her emotions and entered the classroom.

As she sat in math that day, the announcements came on as they often did. "Attention fellow NHR's Remember to "Dress to Impress" for this years Holiday Dance!" The announcements were a frequent distraction during her classes. Most of the time they went right through one ear but out the other, but this time it was different. For some reason, she actually listened and, thought about actually going to a school activity and perhaps bringing someone to the dance. She wasn't sure why, but for some reason, she felt like she actually should attend a school function despite the lame-ness of such a thing.

The day went on, class after class. After the sluggish day ended, it was time for her daily walk home. It always seemed like her feet carried her home, while her minded drifted from subject to subject. And, as the case may be, that's what happened on her walk that day. Somehow the subject of the dance popped into her head, and then an even crazier idea. To ask David to go with her. She didn't know where all this was coming from, but she didn't think twice of it, and actually decided right then and there that she'd ask him. Now the hard part, how?

She slept shockingly well that night, and it showed the next day, and she seemed to walk through the hall with ease.

English class came and went, almost as quickly as the year had seemed to be passing by. She knew what she had to do if she was gonna put her plan into action. She had to find David before he'd get taken up by the swarm of girls she was sure would be after him.

She felt butterflies in her stomach as she approached him in the hall that crisp, December day, but Meg knew she had to go through with it.

"Hey David," Meg said as calmly as she could to him.
"Hey Meg, What’s up?" he asked with a slight smirk spreading across his face, giving Meg uncontrollable goosebumbps.
"I..I...w...was just wondering, you know if you weren't going with anybody yet, if you would want to go to the Holiday Dance with me, that is, if you were planning on going and everything.." she stammered as more butterflies came into her stomach.
"Sure" he said, smiling as he did so, sending shivers up and down Meg's spine. She was actually surprised, which seemed to show since the next thing he said to her was, "Why do you seem so shocked?"
"I just... didn't know what you'd say, that's all." she said, smiling at him uncontrollably.
"Pick you up at 7?" he questioned. He already knew where she lived, they had been partners for a French project earlier that year, and had to work on it after school. It was an interesting experience to say the least.
"Sounds good to me," Meg replied before she was on her way to science. She couldn't believe what she just did, or the fact that it worked. David Slyman said yes to her! Now what would she wear?

That night, Meg called up her friend Jasmine, she was an expert on formalwear, and could spruce up an outfit in 30 minutes or less, or so she's been told.
"Hey Jasmine? It's Meg. I need an outfit for the Holiday Dance," Meg told Jasmine as she laid on her comfy bed, watching yet another episode of "Whose Line is it Anyway?", her favorite show.
"Come right over, I think I have something," Jasmine replied quickly before hanging up. Luckily Jasmine was in walking distance. Ten minutes later, Meg was there, and another 30 minutes until Meg had found the dress and told Jasmine her plans for the dance. It was actually gonna work. Meg Harris was actually attending a school function, nonetheless in a dress, with an actual date. Her mom couldn't be more shocked when she told her the news.

The next day, Meg went to school with a smile on her face, and it was noticeable. Her friends (besides Jasmine) wondered what was going on, while she felt completely blissful.
"The dance is a week from today," Meg thought to herself as she walked in the classroom door for another period of English.

The week came and went, and before she knew it, it was time to get ready for the dance. She and Jasmine had planned it all out the weekend before, from the dress, to the shoes to her hair and makeup. She would look amazing. It only took 3 hours to: straighten her hair, apply makeup, slip on stockings, and slip the dress on. But, those 3 hours felt worth it to Meg, since as her mother put it, she looked beautiful.

At 6:30 Megan looked into the mirror to find herself staring back at her, only it wasn't her usual self, this one looked confident in all senses of the word. The dress was a strapless black, almost floor length one. It had sequins among the top, as well as on bottom. Meg loved the dress, which wasn't a usual thing for her, since her typical outfit was anything but girly.

7 o'clock sharp the doorbell rang, and the butterflies returned to Meg's stomach. She felt jittery, nervous and anxious all at the same time. Quickly, with a smile on her face and a butterfly or two in her stomach, she answered the door to find David standing there, looking handsome in his dress pants, white button down shirt and sports jacket that she later found out he borrowed from his dad. "He looks hot" she thought to herself as she stood through what seemed to be centuries of taking photographs. Her parent's couldn't be happier that she finally did something social and with a boy nonetheless. Finally her and David left her house, and walked down the long sidewalk towards David's black used BMW he bought with all the money he made at his part time job.

The car ride was nice; David drove them to the dance since he was 17, and therefore had a license. She'd have to wait another month to turn 16 before receiving even her permit. He put on some Green Day, her favorite band, and within 20 minutes they were at the dance. Meg was nervous at first, since she often didn't go to school functions, not to mention with a cute boy. She was careful not to trip, since she was wearing a brand new pair of heels, courtesy of Jasmine, and wasn't used to them quite yet. But, as following with the nights trend, everything went as planned.

Meg and David walked into the festively decorated hotel where the dance was occurring, holding hands, which of course, didn't help to add to the jitters Meg seemed to be having. She was normally a very easy-going, down-to-earth type of girl, but this trance that David had her under made her anxious, more than usual. She smiled towards Jasmine when she saw her looking stunning as usual, in a pink floor-length off-the-shoulder gown, that must of cost a lot of money she might add. But of course, Jasmine was alone, seeing as how she felt that a date tended to tie her down, and she liked to float amongst the swarm of boys that were usually after her. Meg, unlike Jasmine, liked it better with one boy, it was easier that way she thought.

Without a further thought, Meg decided it was time to start doing what you do at a dance, and ask David to do so. She figured someone had to do it, might as well be her.
"Shall we dance?" Meg somehow uttered to David, despite the darned butterflies that hadn't left her stomach since she entered his car. Somehow, unlike other boys, David was able to intrigue her in a way that she couldn't quite explain.
As nonchalantly as Meg asked him, he responded, "Well, Of course"

Meg began to assume what she thought was the correct placement of her arms, around his shoulders, as well as her head, on his shoulder. The song that was playing sounded familiar but she couldn't place it, not that it even seemed to matter. From the moment they started to dance, she started to feel at ease, as if the butterflies disappeared, but of course, with David, that was impossible. Meg started to move slightly, of course she had no idea what she was doing, but she did what she thought would be correct. But that didn't seem to matter since the next thing she knew, David's arms were around her waist, and he moved along slightly as well. Meg felt pretty proud of herself, she managed to not only arrive at the dance, but slow dance with a boy.

A few minutes later, Meg noticed they were closer than they appeared to be moments before, she accepted this and began to lean into him gently, resting her head on his shoulder, as they swayed back and forth. Soon, the song was over, but replaced by a faster, up-tempo one. They continued to dance, just this time, without as much physical contact as Meg would have liked at this point in the evening. She shrugged it off and continued to dance to, "American Idiot" while her fellow peers shouted the lyrics at the top of their lungs, bopping their heads up and down. It was enough to give any adult a headache. The song finished and Meg wanted a drink, she kindly asked David and took a seat at their table nearby. Meanwhile she could see Jasmine dancing with about 4 or 5 other guys, looking like she was having a blast. Not soon after, David returned, two drinks in hand. He handed her the drink and sat down beside her, placing his hand on her knee lightly. This simple gesture caused an unequal reaction and sent shivers up and down her spine. Meg still didn't know why she was so attached to a guy she barely knew, not to mention, a guy she never noticed before. Without a further moments passing, Meg noticed David hand her something. This something was red and resembled a flower, but because of her jitters, she was too shocked for words or even to realize that this something was a rose. She graciously accepted the mysterious object, then realizing what it was. He quickly kissed her on the cheek, turning slightly red after the fact. He then leaned in even closer, his hand on her knee still, and whispered in her ear, "You will always be my little klutz" as Meg felt goose bumps go up and down her spine as she let out a slight laugh, remembering that first time they met. Without a second thought, she grasped his head gently in her hands and pressed her lips hard against his. She couldn't believe what she was doing, or what he started doing a second later. His tongue was now intertwining with hers, as they kissed passionately for a minute or two until she heard someone call her name. She then stopped and looked around to see who the mysterious person was. It turned out to be Jasmine, telling her to come and join everyone for an after-party. The dance was over, it seemed to be that her and David were kissing for longer than she thought. She nodded to Jasmine and without another word, grabbed David's hand and they walked out of the hotel, ready to dance the night away.

It wasn't long till they reached their destination. The after-party was at a girl named Charisse's house. She had always been one of those girls with all the latest designer clothes, the designer bags, and had the house to go along with it. It was the size of the white house, but probably worth more. Her father was the owner of some big cooperation that no one knew the name of. The only thing people did know was that the girl was rich, and spoiled. But Meg went to the party anyway, Jasmine wanted her there, so she went. Meg and David walked in, holding hands of course, but could hardly move, the house was so packed. They finally decided that the 4 of them: Meg, David, Jasmine and her latest boy toy: Leonardo, a sexy Italian transfer student, should all go upstairs so they could actually hear what they were saying. But before Meg could go upstairs with them, she had to get out of that dress, she had brought a change of clothes and changed in Charisse's massive bathroom. Moments later she was ready to continue the night with the rest of her friends. Eventually the four of them found a free bedroom and went inside, there was even lit scented candles to set the mood. Apparently Charisse wanted the guests to do more than down a couple of drinks. Meg shrugged and sat down on the bed anyways, with David's arm laying comfortably along side her. The four of them weren't in there too long before they heard a knock on the door. Apparently there were more couples then the house could hold that wanted to "get down". However, the four of them stayed in there, leaving the horny couple to go elsewhere.

Meg was starting to feel quite comfortable with David, after they kissed things sort of felt natural, at least more natural than they did in the beginning of the night. It wasn't even too long after the four of them entered that bedroom that David and Meg started to kiss again. Meg's arms gracefully were placed along David's shoulder as she let his hands slide down farther than he should of, as the two of them pressed their lips passionately together, deepening the kiss with every passing minute, as she sat with her ass barely on the bed. She gently let her tongue slide into his mouth while he reciprocated the action. Their tongues delicately slid across one another, as Meg let David slightly pin her down to the bed. Now Meg was lying across the bed, clothed of course with David on top of her, kissing her firmly. He slowly let his hands underneath her shirt, lifting it up as he did so, Meg helping him lift it all the way up. Throwing it across the room, he noticed that both Jasmine and Leonardo were gone, apparently they needed their own room, it was fine with him and he continued on. He had almost removed her bra before Meg undid it herself, happy to finally be free of her annoying strapless she had put on that morning. She let his hands wander, softly feeling her chest, as they continued to kiss. In the heat of passion, Meg got around to removing David's shirt, then threw it over where her bra as well as shirt appeared to be, revealing David's amazing six pack. While Meg of course, laid there, somewhat shocked by his amazing body, she didn't let that stop her from continuing the passionate scene with David. They were both now shirtless, lying horizontally on the bed. She wasn't sure how far she should take it, or how far they would go, but all she knew is that it felt amazing. David was able to somehow make Meg feel hotter than ever, yet she still didn't know how he had her under this trance. While Meg was still contemplating this thought, David seemed to be having fun unbuttoning the many buttons there were on her jeans. She laughed lightly before, once again helping David undress her. He smiled up at her before removing the jeans completely and throwing them aside with the rest of the clothes. Meg decided it was time she was in control, and held David close, rolled over and was now on top of him, unbuttoning David's single pants button, afterward unzipping his fly. It was when Meg was just about to pull off the pants that she heard a noise. She wasn't sure what it was, so instead of pulling down David's pants as well as his boxers like she wanted to, she smoothly got off the bed, threw on her shirt and her bottoms and went towards the door. She was nervous, but managed to open to the door to reveal Jasmine's constant banging on the door.

Meg wasn't sure what was going on, but she had a bad feeling about it. She sensed something weird going on so, Meg let Jasmine in, and quickly locked the door. By this time, David had buttoned up his pants, zippered his fly and managed to throw on his shirt before Jasmine sat down on the bed. Jasmine was still breathing heavily, unable to utter out a complete sentence without gasping for air once again. It seemed that something was going on, and it needed to be stopped quickly. All Meg could hear Jasmine say was, "...he....blood...neck", over and over again. She was unable to understand what these three words meant at the time, but she was sure it wouldn't be long until she did. Meg decided to give Jasmine a glass of water to perhaps help her calm down. This did nothing except cause Jasmine to nod her head in refusal to accept the water. Instead she just repeated the same three words over and over again, "...he...blood...neck...he...blood...neck...". Meg decided to hand Jasmine a light blanket and let her sleep since she seemed tired anyways. Jasmine grasped the blanket, and within 5 minutes was in a rather deep sleep. Leonardo wasn't anywhere to be seen, but Meg figured he was downstairs with the other partiers, most likely drinking some more beer, getting drunk as all hell. Since Jasmine seemed to be alright, her and David decided to go into yet another room in the gigantic mansion. They shockingly were able to find another bedroom, and they both went inside.

Meg looked at the clock quickly and found out it was already 1 am, but she had no where to go the next day and her mom let her stay out as long as she liked, as long as she knew exactly where and who she was with. She and her mom had a very close relationship, which helped her when she just needed to be out of the house for a day or two. She enjoyed it. She shrugged off what had happened earlier with Jasmine and let herself fall asleep on David. Her head was rested gently on his stomach, as she could feel him slowly breathe, in and out, in and out, as her head slightly rose and fell, in rhythm with his breathing. But before she closed her eyes, she noticed a vase of red roses in the corner of the room, on a dresser, and simply smiled before falling fast asleep.

"Meg...Meg...Meg..",David gently spoke into Meg's ear as he began to wake up. He glanced over at the clock, "11 o’clock" he read silently to himself, before once again speaking into her ear, gently trying to wake her up. Eventually, it seemed to work somewhat..."hmm...what time is it?" he heard her whisper, her eyes still closed. "It's 11 o’clock, and it's time to get up" he told her as he carefully got off the bed, and helped Meg sit up. Once up, she rubbed her eyes, and saw David more clearly than before. Walking over to him, and grabbing his hand, they went downstairs, and found even more people who didn't seem to mind staying the night. After all, it was Saturday, they didn't have school or anything. They found Jasmine, asleep but once again, Leonardo was no where in site. "Odd", Meg thought to herself, but once again shrugged it off. "Perhaps he had something to do today", she thought again.
"Should we wake her?" Meg asked David in a whisper, careful not to wake up anyone else.
"I guess", David said before lightly shaking Jasmine, causing her to open her eyes to see what was going on.
"Huh?" was all Jasmine said before realizing it was time to leave. She got up, careful not to trip, she was still hung over from the previous night. David helped Jasmine to his car, helped her in, and made sure she was seated before going into the driver's seat, with Meg in the passenger's side. He drove Jasmine home before stopping at an iHop to get some breakfast with Meg. They both ordered a stack of chocolate chip pancakes, ate them up, and then David paid for both their breakfasts. This left them both with a free Saturday, as well as a full stomach. Although, neither of them had checked in with their parents yet. Meg called her mom via her cell phone, told her everything was alright, that she was at iHop with David, whom her mom and dad had met earlier the night before. David was an easier situation, his parents were divorced, and had been since he was about 10 years old, and he lived with his dad, the more lenient one between the two. His dad really didn't care when he came home, as bad as he thought that sounded. He liked his freedom, and knew that if he lived with his mom, it would be much different. He called his dad, let him know that he was out and would be back later. Now that they both had contacted their parents, they loaded back into David's car, with a whole Saturday free.

Unsure of where to go, David decided to bring Meg to the one place that he loved to go, no matter what. Ever since his parents had gotten divorced 7 years ago, he went to the park when things got rough at home, it was his sanctuary and now he would share it with Meg. He liked to call it his garden of Eden, because that's what it was to him. Although, his sanctuary was often deserted, and the play equipment tended to be weak and rusty, but he didn't care. It had always been there, whether he decided to sit under a tree and write lyrics, or swing on the swings. Within 10 minutes, he shut off the car, opened his door and got out to open Meg's door on the other side. He put out his hand to help her up, and once again, walking hand in hand, walked over to the swings. Meg sat down on the first one she found and began to pump. David followed suit, and almost instantly smiled before saying,
"Let's have a contest, Whoever goes the highest in 30 seconds... GO!".
They both began to pump rapidly, David catching up to Meg, but not quick enough, resulting in Meg winning.
"What do I win?" Meg asked, smiling up at him, unable to contain her happiness.
"A kiss" David said before walking over, and confidently placing his lips on hers without another word between the two, allowing his mouth to open gently, allowing his tongue to glide into her mouth, as Meg did the same. She wouldn't admit it out loud, but kissing David was fun, and surprisingly, although she hadn't had much experience, she caught on quickly. She let his hands wander around a bit, before grabbing hold of them, and placing them around her waist, then bringing her arms up and around his neck carefully. They both took a step inward, causing the kiss to deepen in intensity. It wasn't until Meg felt a drop of rain on her head that she began to realize just how long her and David had been kissing each other, although she didn't really mind. Slowly, she began to end the kiss, and simply let her arms glide off his shoulders. Now free of David's grasp, Meg danced in the rain, no music or anything, but continued to dance. David, chuckling at his silly little klutz, joined in. "Hey if you can't beat them, join them", he thought before doing so and there they danced until they were both soaking wet.

David drove Meg home, walking her up to to her door, ending the blissful night (and morning) with a simple kiss good-bye.

As he walked off, Meg watched as he got into his car, and rode away until he was no longer visible. It had been the most fun she had had in a long time. But now thoughts flooded her head.

Last night was the first time she had kissed a guy, and now that it had happened, it seemed so sureal to her. David seemed to genuinely like her, but what if he didn't, what if he turned out to be like every other teenage boy only in it for sex? What would happen then? She didn't want to think about that... but what was something that she should certainly think about was, "What was up with jasmine?" She seemed utterly scared of something, of what, Meg had no idea. She figured she'd ask Jasmine when Monday rolled around. But once again, David popped up into her head. Those lips of his had felt so good on hers, so good that she was almost tempted to do more than just kissing and rolling around perfectly clothed on the bed. But sex seemed too far off, too big of a concept to deal with. But, it seemed to tempting, so desirable. She had always been curious about the world around her, so of course sex would be something included. Sure, she knew what it was, they had learned about it in health class for all those years. But knowing about it and doing it are two seperate things. She was geniunely excited by the idea of David inside of her, moving around as she felt... What would she feel? Would it hurt? Would she like it? She had no idea, and for that reason, sex with David was a possibility. She actually toyed with the idea in her head of possibly losing something she had kept for so long to David. If in fact she would follow through with this, was uncertain.

Now that it was Saturday afternoon already and she had a shitload of homework to do, she decided to try and clear her mind and instead be productive.

My Perfect/Ideal Man

I was talking to Ania, and she wanted me to post this in my blog, so I shall.

My Ideal Guy:

Looks:
Hair: Long, curly, dark hair- Not greasy, but nice looking, hair that I'd want to run my fingers through.
Eyes: Piercing, like attractive.  Doesn't matter what color.
Smile: White and attractive.
Piercings: An earing or two or three in each ear, a tongue ring, and possibly a nipple ring.
Facial Hair: None, I don't want to kiss sandpaper.

Body:
Nice arms is always good, I don't want to be held by wimpy arms.  Too thin isn't good either,  I want someone to cuddle with.  So being tall is alright, as long as he's at least my height.

Personality:
Has to have a sense of humour, funny, intelligent, wise, clever, thoughtful, charming, can be blunt, confident but not cocky, immature AND mature at the same time- has to be able to do both, genuine, caring, unique, thoughtful, generous, sweet and sincere.

Other:
A muscian in a band, plays guitar as well as does vocals.
And of course single. (As well as straight)
Smoking is a no no, as well as a drinker.  Someone with good morals, who won't push sex.  Someone will similar beliefs as mine, but can be different.

Wow.
I'm picky and Sarah thinks there's no one alive that fits this description.  We'll just see about that.

WARNING

Warning:  This will not be a usual blog entry.  It will not be happy and bubbly.  It will be rant-worthy and possibly bitter.  I've warned you.

Things I hate:
Being told I'm wrong
Being wrong
Lying
Being told I was wrong in telling the truth
How open and honest I am
And when that gets me into trouble
Confusing guys
Not being able to control things
Being such a perfectionist
Realizing reality
How life isn't fair
And how for some, that may mean hunger and starvation when they don't deserve it

And more, but they all suddenly erased from my mind.

I am a perfectionist.  I want everything to be alright, ALWAYS, but it can't.  I can't always get what I want and I know that.  I can always have things go my way, and I know that.  But what I do know and am realizing, is that things happen for a reason.  Or at least, that's what I've always believed.  I was put here for a reason, and someday I'll know that reason.  And my life is going this way for a reason, it'll all turn out okay in the end.  It's just hard to realize that when right now it seems to foggy and unclear.
I know I had more to say, as I wrote this in my head as I calmed down in the shower, but it's all suddenly vanished.
So that's my rant for now.

Oh and I gave up guys.  I simply don't care anymore.  Let them think what they want of me.  Hate me, love me, whatever.  I know I have people who care about me already, so why should I want more?

Bored

I got bored.
So I figured I'd post something.
Since this thing gets rather boring.

Seems like everyones switching to lj, which does make it easier for me.
But whatever.
Trish-eh is making me a new lj layout, w00t.
No more eh-ones.
I've become sick of the ones they give you on the site.
They're rather boring.

Whatever.

I posted.

There.

I hope you're happy.

Love always,

Time for an update

Since I'm bored, I shall post an outline on my vacation:

Friday: Went to the movies with Trish and Sarah, about the only social thing I did this vacation.
Saturday: Went out with my grandparents to a chinese place, I believe.  Oh yeh, and cleaned my room.
Sunday: Don't really member.
Monday: Probably went online, and perhaps went out at one point.
Tuesday: Again, went out at one point, and I think I mighta cleaned up too.
Wednesday: Nothing much, went food shopping for "real food" as my mom says.
Thursday (Today): Cleaned up the basement, nothing else really besides that.

And tomorrow, Girl Scouts (don't hate, lol Trish) and possibly plans.  Then Saturday, same same.  And then to Sunday, which I'll probably spend most of my time in bed, and using the last of my vacation to my advantage.
Which reminds me, I should go read for english.

Wow, I guess I am anti-social as I so ranted about in my livejournal.  (clicky)

I guess that's about it.

Oh and I also used the vacation to realize a bunch of shit, which is for me to know and you not to know.  It's just stuff about relationships and suches and how cold I can be at times, but this is all rather useles to anyone reading this, so I'll shut up.

Love always,

w00t

Today wasn't anything too out of the ordinary.  BUT, I did clean my room, and vacum, even though I still need to clean off the dresser and my closet.  But hey, at least I did something productive.  I also burned Lauren's Ryan Cabrera CD, and made another collage.  But, I'll post those pictures later.  And about 10 minutes ago made a photobucket account, which will be easier to upload photos on here, thanks Trishy.
So without further adue, here are some pics:

That's the Michael Vartan Collage.  And in case you didn't know, He's on the movie, "Never Been Kissed" and I believe in "Alias".  He just caught my eye on that movie, so of course I had to make him a collage.

And that my friends, is Ryan Cabrera.  Cept, I don't like the way it came out, this was the first "collage" I made, so it's eh.  I think I'm gonna re-do it, and delete this one.  But, this is the only one I made so far.  He's my sexy beast.

And that's my current desktop.  I think it's purely amazing, and so is the rest of the stuff on that site.  It's all like this hard to explain artowork.  I loved it.  I also saved another one, but since they're so big, I'm too lazy to edit another image.  So maybe I'll post it another time.
http://www.digitalblasphemy.com/ is the site to find that desktop and many others.  Enjoy.

Well, that's all folks.

Love always,

Felt like updating

Last night was fun.
I went to see the Pooh Movie with Sarah and Trishy.  Hehe, There were so few people in the theater, but it was a cute movie.  At least I left my house and went out.  I'm just hoping that I will get to out later this week too, so I don't go insane.
But anyways, after the movie, I came home and waited for something that never came.  So, I went to bed and then woke up this morning at 6:15 because I forgot to shut my alarm off last night so it wouldn't go off.  But then I fell back asleep and woke up at 8ish and came online. Maybeh I'll post the two collages I made later, once I remember how to put them up.

Maybeh.

And later I plan on cleaning my really messy room, since it's getting on my nerves.
And then I also have to read shit for english.
And maybe go bike riding.

Nothing much else to say.

Love always,
*Moi*
P.S- I just tried to upload a collage and didn't work, but here's a Ryan Cabrera pic:

Bored

Today was nothing special.
But after school, I felt really happy for some reason.  Then my computer was being stupid, and I shut it off and showered.  Only to return now, and now I'm sorta blah.  One being "he" isn't on anymore and just I'm not really sure.
But this morning I was also in a good mood.
Which leads me to believe that the weather has a direct effect on my mood.  Or something like that.
Whatever.

Oh, and I worked on my story earlier.  I'm thinking about posting what I have sometime over break, letting you peoples comment, and edit it from then on, and you people can come back every so often to view it.
Or something like that.

Life's been alright lately.  I've been paying more attention to school work, and less on guys lately.  I really don't like any one in particular, I mean, I "rely" on one somewhat, but, besides him, there's no one else really.

I thought there'd be mroe to write about, but sadly, there ain't.

Love always,
*Marisa*
